Presetting Tools
Hy-Lok offers three types of pre-setting tools to enhance your tube system installations; a manual pre-setting tool, a hydraulic pre-setting tool, and an electric automatic pre-setting tool. The manual pre-setting tool allows for pre-setting the ferrule set by hand with a wrench. The hydraulic presetting tool is available in two sizes to meet your needs in pre-setting the ferrules through the assistance of a hydraulic pump and swaging head. The automatic pre-setting tool is quick and easy, pres-setting the ferrules with the touch of a button. The hydraulic and automatic pre-setting tools bring the flexibility of interchangeable dies to accommodate pre-setting a variety of O.D. sizes with one tool from 1/2" O.D. to 2" O.D.
